We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong product mindset and a solid UX/UI foundation to help drive the development of a delivery-management SaaS platform for a Silicon Valley–based startup.

This role is designed for PMs who have already operated in high-speed, high-standard product environments, ideally at large LATAM SaaS companies. Ideal for someone who enjoys working on customer-facing platforms and thrives in dynamic product teams.

What you’ll do

- Work closely with engineering and design to prioritize, define, and deliver product features

- Translate ideas, user needs, and business requirements into structured product specifications

- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the product roadmap forward

- Support the design process by contributing to user flows, UX decisions, and high-level product structure

- Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement

- Ensure smooth communication and alignment across product stakeholders

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature release coordination

What we’re looking for

- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS companies, ideally in LATAM (e.g. Rappi, Didi, Mercado Libre, or similar environments)

- Background in UX/UI or product design, or very strong collaboration with design teams

- Fluent Spanish and professional-level English

- Based in LATAM and able to work full-time (40h/week)

- Strong product thinking with the ability to break down complex problems into actionable requirements

- Comfortable operating in high-speed product teams with high execution standards

- Clear communicator who works well cross-functionally
