Junior Game Tester

EPAM is looking for enthusiastic people to join newly formed Performance playtesting testing team for AAA game platform. Your role will be to facilitate best-in-class gaming experience and fair competitive environment for people across the whole spectrum of players.

Responsibilities:

• Perform playtesting activities of several game titles, which include both well-documented test-case based testing and exploratory-like testing
• Set up consoles and mobile devices for the playtesting session
• Learn how to use required tools to complete daily tasks
• Report found defects
• Complete playtesting questionaries

Must Requirements:

• Gaming experience: active player of several titles, genres, platforms
• B2 written and spoken level of English
• Work from office, starting 9-9:30 AM (UTC -04)
• Advanced knowledge of PC/Windows
• Ability to join planned weekend overtime shifts, once per quarter

Nice to have:

• Huge plus: Game testing experience (incl. A/B playtesting), functional testing experience (any)
• Functional testing fundamentals: theory, processes and tools
• Experience logging bugs in Jira
