Requirements

Interlaced is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technical project delivery by coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations. Experience in project management within the Tech and IT fields is preferred.

In this role, you will own and lead multiple client projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring proactive communication, labor forecasting, budget management, and documentation in accordance with company standards.

You must have the ability to:

  • Lead project handoff and kickoff meetings, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines
  • Prepare and deliver weekly project labor forecasts for review
  • Monitor and evaluate open projects regularly for time, budget, quality, and risk
  • Proactively manage costs and labor allocation to prevent budget overrun and ensure profitability
  • Follow Project Delivery SOPs, including accurate and timely project billing
  • Own client onboarding coordination with CSMs, Leads, and Engineers; other projects based on current project catalog
  • Secure client sign-offs on all project deliverables at wrap-up
  • Consistently meet or exceed departmental KPIs and stretch pNPS goals

For this role we're looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role who can hit the ground running. This will be a 4-month part-time contract position likely starting in February 2026, working 20 hours a week, with compensation between $750 to $1,000 USD/month, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is from the hours of 8am-12pm Pacific Time (UTC -7 / -8), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

This role is a 4 month part-time position and will likely not transition to a full-time opportunity. Any extension or renewal of this contract shall be effective only if made in writing and signed by both parties prior to the expiration of the original term.
