Aufgaben
- ist (wird) Experte unserer TAC Software Modulpalette
- organisiert und führt Software Schulungen durch
- wickelt eigenständig Projekte ab
- betreut Kunden vor Ort oder auch Online
- analysiert und bearbeitet Kunden- und Supportanfragen
- hilft Kunden bei der Anpassung der Softwarekonfiguration
- kann auch mal Team Mitglied von größeren Projekten bzw. Roll-Out Teams sein
- unterstützt bei der Key Account Betreuung im Team
- Spaß am Umgang mit Kunden
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Hotellerie, Fitnessclub, Bäder Branche oder einschlägige Ausbildung (z.B. Gesundheitsmanagement an der FH Joanneum) von Vorteil
- Interesse an Software- und IT-Lösungen
- Gutes Verständnis von Workflows in einer Systemlandschaft
- Analytisch-logisches Denken, hohe Einsatz- und Lernbereitschaft
- Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsstärke
- Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
