YOUR MISSION
As part of our Client Delivery - Infrastructure team, specifically within the Engineering division, NRB is seeking a DevOps Engineer - Container Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients in deploying and managing container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using modern tools and practices.
- Collaborating with developers and system administrators to implement best practices for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Ensuring the scalability, reliability, and performance of containerized applications in production.
- Implementing proactive monitoring and alerting to ensure system availability and performance.
- Automating routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments, including incidents and performance issues.
- Contributing to the improvement of infrastructure and development workflows.
- Maintaining clear and up-to-date documentation for infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and best practices.

YOUR PROFILE
- You have 2-4 years of experience in DevOps, automation, and container-based infrastructure (Kubernetes/OpenShift).
- You are familiar with tools such as:
- Terraform / Ansible
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- Helm
- GitOps
- Kafka, Java, Python, and Bash (a plus)
- Strong interest in GPU/DPU technologies and accelerator-based inference solutions, as well as emerging hardware architectures.
- Keen curiosity about machine learning and AI concepts, including LLMs and model architectures.
- High motivation to deepen your knowledge of cloud-based AIOps platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and build skills in these environments.
- Experience working with at least one public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues in complex, distributed environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with a focus on improving system reliability and efficiency.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and organized.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
