Solution Architect - Anticipatory Opportunity

FreeBalance is seeking candidates under an Anticipatory Opportunity for potential project needs in Estonia.

Qualifications And Certifications

• Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale information systems, preferably in government or public sector environments.
• Strong background in solution architecture for complex, multi-component systems, including integration, data flows, security, and scalability.
• Experience contributing to government digital transformation initiatives, supporting modernization of public sector platforms and services.
• Ability to translate business, policy, and functional requirements into robust technical and architectural designs.
• Experience working collaboratively with government stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and infrastructure teams.
• Support architectural governance, ensuring alignment with agreed standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Contribution to architecture documentation, solution designs, and technical decision-making processes.
• Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
