At OP Pohjola, we are renewing our public digital channels and the underlying platforms that support them. We are now looking for a Senior Developer to join our Digital Experience Platform (DXP) team, where you will work on the renewal of the public op.fi service and help build a modern omnichannel architecture for a large, regulated financial services environment.

What is the role about?

As a Senior Developer in the Digital Experience Platform team, you will focus on enabling and applying omnichannel content management capabilities within a new channel architecture. The role is a long-term and critical part of the team, supporting the build-up of sustainable technical expertise and operating models around modern DXP solutions.

You will contribute directly to two key development streams the modernization of omnichannel content management and the renewal of the public op.fi service. In practice, this means working with a modern, cloud-based DXP architecture that brings together content, data, and experimentation to enable seamless omnichannel experiences and personalized customer journeys.

Beyond the public op.fi service, the role contributes more broadly to the utilization and evolution of DXP capabilities across channels. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from business, marketing, and technology to ensure that platform capabilities are applied effectively and consistently, supporting both customer experience goals and long-term architectural direction.

This opportunity is available in either Helsinki or Oulu, based on your preference. Like the rest of OP Pohjola we work flexibly, combining both office days and remote work.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a seasoned developer with several years of experience in building and developing DXP/CMS content management solutions. You should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for creating scalable, innovative digital experiences.

Key Skills And Experience We Are Looking For

  • Expertise in CMS/DXP platforms (Optimizely experience is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of headless architecture and GraphQL APIs
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
  • Knowledge of A/B testing, feature flags, hyper-personalization, and accessibility standards
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to personal data usage for personalization
  • Technical education and ability to work in a complex, data-driven environment
  • Experience in some of the following Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
