About the Role:
We are supporting a global, market-leading organisation looking to hire a Workday Systems Specialist to support and optimise their Workday environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and improvement of Workday, supporting HR users across multiple countries and working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will have exposure to a broad Workday landscape and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing optimisation and data-driven HR initiatives.
This position suits someone who enjoys a hands-on, system-owner style role, combining operational support with continuous improvement work.

Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience working with Workday in an administrative, analyst, or system support capacity
- Experience supporting or configuring one or more Workday modules (e.g. HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking)
- Comfortable working with Workday reporting and HR data
- Ability to work directly with HR stakeholders in an international environment
- Fluent German and English
- Willingness to work on site in Hamburg three days per week
