Lavorerai a stretto contatto con Senior e Lead, contribuendo all’implementazione di soluzioni AI e allo sviluppo di componenti software agentici, con opportunità di apprendimento continuo e crescita professionale.

Position
Cerchiamo un Junior AI Engineer motivato e curioso, con voglia di crescere su progetti di Generative AI e LLM. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con Senior e Lead, contribuendo all’implementazione di soluzioni AI e allo sviluppo di componenti software agentici, con opportunità di apprendimento continuo e crescita professionale.
Responsabilità principali
- Implementazione soluzioni AI: sviluppo e test di componenti per pipeline ML/LLM e sistemi agentici.
- Supporto operativo: collaborazione nella gestione di pipeline MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, test).
- Coding e integrazione: sviluppo di codice Python, API, microservizi e automazione di task.
- Collaborazione cross-team: lavoro con Data, IT, Security e Product per integrare soluzioni AI nei processi aziendali.
- Crescita e formazione: apprendimento continuo su best practice, sicurezza, compliance e nuove tecnologie AI.
Requisiti minimi
- Laurea Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o discipline affini
- 0–2 anni di esperienza in AI/ML/Software Engineering.
- Buona conoscenza di Python e basi di ML/AI.
- Esperienza (anche accademica) con pipeline dati, modelli ML/LLM, test e debugging.
- Attitudine al lavoro in team, curiosità e voglia di imparare.
- Esperienza con Docker, Git, CI/CD, MLflow o strumenti MLOps.
- Progetti personali, hackathon, contributi OSS o stage in ambito AI/ML.
- Conoscenza di base di orchestrazione agentica, API REST, sicurezza dati.
- Proattività, curiosità e orientamento al risultato.
- Problem solving e attenzione ai dettagli.
- Collaborazione e apertura al feedback.
- Comunicazione chiara e spirito di iniziativa.
