About the role:
Support & Service Team in Riga is on the lookout for a Senior Sales Manager. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with internal teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients, including operators, platforms, and suppliers.
- Utilize a strong network of industry contacts to generate leads and business opportunities, bringing deals into the pipeline quickly.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the product, solutions, and services.
- Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits to prospects, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring contracts and agreements are favourable to the company while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Negotiate high-value deals and partnerships, ensuring the company’s objectives are met in terms of revenue and profitability.
- Attend industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships and acquire new clients.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align on offerings, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contracts and agreements comply with regulations and company standards.
- Provide feedback and insights to product teams on client preferences, challenges, and potential product improvements.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with key account and deal information, ensuring all sales activities are tracked.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in Sales or Business Development, 5+ years
- An existing network or database of potential customers is a strong advantage
- Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs within the B2B sector and industry.
- A well-established network of decision-makers in similar industries.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of platforms, providers, and integration processes.
- Familiarity with aggregation technologies and how they fit within operator ecosystems.
- Understanding of the current trends and challenges in industry. Knowledge of regional market differences, competitors, and regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure profitable contracts and partnerships.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a strong plus.
- Eligible for traveling to regular business trips (exhibitions and conferences).
Skills that will be a plus:
- Proficiency with tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and managing accounts.
- Experience working closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client needs.
- Experience in sales reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to track targets and sales performance effectively.
