UX Designer (Part-time – 3 days week) – Hybrid (Lisbon)
What we are looking for
Hard skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Product Designer designing web applications (not a junior position)
- Proficiency in Figma (prototyping tools), with a strong foundation in user-centered design methodologies
- Proven ability to lead brainstorming sessions and user interviews with users
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both design explorations and delivered work
- Independent, proactive, and resourceful, with a bias toward action
- Highly collaborative, open to sharing findings, and eager to work as part of a dynamic team
- Very good English skills
