Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Product Designer to join our team in Aveiro. You'll be responsible for designing innovative and intuitive experiences for our mobile and web products, primarily targeting B2C audiences while also supporting our growing B2B and fleet management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for iOS, Android, and web platforms using Figma
• Develop navigation flows, user journeys, and information architecture for seamless user experiences
• Design and implement functional, visually appealing solutions that simplify complex charging and payment flows
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously optimize our interfaces
• Build and maintain our design system ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure efficient implementation of designs
• Stay updated on UX/UI best practices and market trends, applying these insights to our products

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a portfolio showcasing your range, potential, and thinking process
• Expert proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
• Strong experience designing for mobile interfaces (iOS and Android) with deep understanding of platform guidelines
• Proven ability to design complex transactional flows (payments, subscriptions, marketplace features)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Ability to work on-site in our Aveiro office and collaborate directly with the team

Nice to Have (Bonus)

• Experience in mobility, fintech, or energy sectors
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with user research methodologies
• Experience designing for B2B/SaaS products
• Understanding of agile development processes

• Portfolio review and initial screening (30 min)
• Team fit interview with Chief Product Officer or Chief Technology Officer (1 hour)
• Design challenge (take-home assignment)
• Challenge presentation and design critique with Product team (1.5 hours)
