Accountabilities
- Design and develop software solutions that optimize translation and localization project workflows
- Maintain and develop the existing in-house BMS system for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Identify opportunities for system improvement and implement best practices
- Propose innovative ideas and challenge existing processes
- Conduct code reviews ensuring quality and design standards
- Create delightful UI experiences for users
- Integrate with third-party localization solutions
- Continuously develop your technical skills and promote innovation within the team
- 5+ years in software development, preferably in collaborative environments
- Strong PHP expertise and commitment to clean coding practices
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or JavaScript
- Experience with modern UI frameworks (VueJS, React, or similar)
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design principles
- Passionate about type safety and automated testing for quality assurance
- Comfortable with test-driven development (TDD) or eager to learn
- Knowledge of SQL and database design fundamentals
