YOUR MISSION: Plan, organise, coordinate, and lead transversal Manufacturing projects in line with costs, quality, and time. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? - Plan, organize, coordinate, and lead transversal Manufacturing projects, ensuring alignment with costs, quality, and time objectives. - Utilize established systems to achieve designated production management control outcomes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and required quality levels. - Optimize production lines by analyzing production steps, allocating resources optimally, and identifying and resolving bottlenecks. - Manage forecasting and demand planning projects, identifying trends for future demand and planning inventory and production optimally. - Address queries from internal or external customers or suppliers, providing information on complex processes and related policies, and referring issues for policy interpretation when necessary. - Review costs, generate cost reduction ideas, and implement cost-saving initiatives. - Collect and analyze key cost drivers, market dynamics, innovation areas, and alternative suppliers for low-risk areas, providing solid market information for decision-making. - Independently collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. - Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory codes within the team, escalating issues as appropriate. - Develop personal capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching. Maintain or gain external professional accreditation where relevant. - Stay informed on relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education. - Proven experience as a practitioner able to work unsupervised. - Basic experience in coordinating the work of others.
