We're looking for someone who understands graphic design best practices, is deadline-oriented, and detail-focused.We are looking for a skilled and creative Email Graphic Designer to bring visually captivating designs to life for email marketing campaigns across three dynamic brands. If you have a passion for delivering compelling visual storytelling and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Email Campaign Design: Design engaging email creatives based on briefs provided by our email marketing team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand guidelines
  • Brand Consistency: Develop email templates and visuals that maintain a cohesive brand identity across multiple brands
  • Interactive Visuals: Create dynamic elements like GIFs and animations to elevate engagement and interactivity in emails
  • Collaboration: Work closely with email marketers, content creators, and brand managers to ensure designs meet campaign objectives
  • Trend Analysis: Stay on top of design trends in email marketing to keep our brands visually relevant and impactful
  • Optimization: Adapt designs based on performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve email engagement rates


Requirements

  • Experience: Proven graphic design experience, ideally within an e-commerce or digital marketing setting; experience working on email designs is a strong plus
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with email design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, etc.)
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs every time
  • Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects for diverse brands in a deadline-driven environment
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal


Salary: €1200 - €2500 EUR/per month before taxes
