Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer in DSAE, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining applications that support our RWE technology stack. You’ll work across functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software that powers clinical research innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain software applications from detailed specifications
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document programs for data manipulation and system integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system errors
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvements and development best practices
  • Guide engineering quality through code reviews, source control, and unit testing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in systems analysis or application programming
  • Strong programming skills with experience in modern languages and frameworks
  • Strong front-end, back-end, and database development skills
  • Strong C# and JavaScript skills
  • Relational database expertise (SQL or equivalent)
  • Healthcare development experience preferred (EMR systems, clinical research technologies, or healthcare data pipelines)
  • AI experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł177,500.00 - zł329,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
