Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and support the alignment of individual bots/automation projects with department and company strategy.
• Drive value-based prioritization across the RPA backlog (value, effort, risk, dependencies, readiness).
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the RPA delivery team: align expectations, clarify scope, and keep conversations productive.
• Lead process discovery, document as-is/to-be flows, and translate into PDDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own the team backlog and ensure it is delivery-ready: refine epics/features into well-scoped work items with clear acceptance criteria and definition of ready.
• Work directly with RPA Developers and RPA Analysts to refine requirements, clarify scope, and resolve questions quickly to maintain flow.
• Manage backlog prioritization using value, effort, risk, dependencies, and readiness.
• Assign/prioritize work items in alignment with team capacity and commitments (in coordination with Tech Leads), ensuring the team delivers the highest-value outcomes first.
• Drive quarterly planning and OKRs, track delivered value and adoption. Maintain transparency on delivery status, blockers, dependencies, and expected value realization proactively.
• Collaborate with other IT Clusters, Product Owners, and other stakeholders involved in automation projects.
Qualifications:
• 2–5 years in roles such as IT Product Owner, IT Product Manager, Business Analyst (IT), Process Manager/Improvement, or similar.
• University degree in business, management, economics, technical field, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Strategy alignment and portfolio planning
• Backlog ownership and refinement (epics/features → delivery-ready stories with DoR)
• Requirements documentation, translating flows into delivery artifacts
• Value-based backlog prioritization using value, effort, risk, dependencies, and readiness
• Capacity-aware work sequencing and prioritization in teams.
• Exposure to RPA (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism etc.) or automation programs. (would be plus)
• Experience with OKRs, quarterly planning, value tracking (time saved/cost avoidance/error reduction). (would be plus)
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile organization, including exposure to PI Planning and cross-team dependency management. (would be plus)
Soft Skills:
• Clear communicator who can engage both business and IT audiences and drive decisions.
• Strong facilitation skills (process walkthroughs, discovery workshops, training).
• Critical thinking, organization, and stakeholder management in cross-functional settings.
• Very good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
Other requirements:
• Travel few times a year to HQ and other locations as required.
