You will lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and transformation for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through IT transformation and migration to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Support greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid implementations using diverse methodologies, including Agile.
• Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against agreed goals.
• Participate in business development activities, including service offering identification and RFP responses.
• Manage project quality, timelines, and compliance with standards.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and virtual assistants to enhance analysis, insights, and solution design- supported by dedicated training and continuous innovation investment.

Skills & Experience required:

• 5yrs.+as an SAP Project/Program Manager in distributed, multicultural environments.
• Preferably 10 yrs.+ in SAP environment (hands- on background).
• Proven track record of managing global SAP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA program management is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and full program lifecycle.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to travel within Poland and the EU (well-structured/planned travels- predominantly at the discovery and go- life stage).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP technical architecture and integrations.
• Certification: SAP Certified Associate – Project Manager (SAP Activate).
• One or more recognized certifications: PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP.
• Experience managing external vendors as a client representative.
• Background in change management, business analysis, and process transformation.
• Familiarity with TOGAF and BPMN frameworks.
