The Strategy & Portfolio Management Office (PMO) plays a central role in guiding the transformation of our global Operations & Supply organization. We are responsible for strategic alignment, leading key transformation projects, and managing our strategic project portfolio. Our international team is primarily based in Denmark, but we are now expanding our presence in Poland and Hungary as well.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead global strategic projects on behalf of the Operations & Supply Leadership Team.
- Turn ideas into action by transforming project opportunities into well-defined initiatives with clear goals, resources, timelines, and risk assessments.
- Focus on transformation areas such as digitalization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to our strategic foundation, helping to shape the evolving Strategy & PMO function and its offerings.
- Supporting the selection and roll-out of a new Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across all sites.
- Facilitating a program to increase automation on existing machinery and production lines across our global supply chain
- Overseeing the global implementation of a standard training room concept, ensuring continuous learning and operational excellence across all factories
We’re looking for professionals who combine a strategic mindset with a practical approach. You likely bring:
- Solid experience in leading complex global projects within manufacturing or supply chain environments with experience from consulting or a global project management office
- A project management toolkit, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Skilled in analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to structure and execute large-scale initiatives.
- A natural ability to engage with senior leaders, while collaborating with colleagues across all levels—from shop floor to executive level.
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, motivated to contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams (e.g. production, quality, IT).
- Financial acumen to develop and present compelling business cases.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- A valid project management certification (e.g. IPMA D/C, PRINCE2).
- Willingness to travel approximately 30 days per annum.
