In this strategic role, you will drive impactful initiatives that enhance the employee experience and foster growth across the organization. As part of a dynamic team, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to attract and retain top talent, ensuring that our partner remains competitive in the market. Your insights will help craft effective growth strategies in Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland. Accountabilities

  • Enable business growth by developing the employer brand in Eastern Europe with a focus on Poland.
  • Ensure a high-performance culture where employees can excel.
  • Attract and manage employee relations to place the right people in the right roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across Eastern Europe.
  • Engage talent through creative sourcing and attraction strategies.
  • Define and enhance candidate and employee experience in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Provide insights and data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hiring experience in the Polish talent market.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities.
  • Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously while being a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
  • Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
