- Provide insights and data-driven strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
- 8+ years of hiring experience in the Polish talent market.
- Proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities.
- Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and able to work autonomously while being a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity.
