Our client, an established consultancy, is looking for a Senior Project Manager. This individual will have to lead and deliver high-value projects within the region. Their projects range from luxury-hospitality project to advanced infrastructure developments. These projects require strategic oversight, stakeholder management and proven project delivery expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- Chartered Project Management Certification
- Significant experience in a consultancy environment, supporting large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven track record managing projects in luxury hospitality, leisure, or mixed used is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary, high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
- Provide consultancy-driven project management insights and solutions to optimize planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
- Maintain rigorous oversight of project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and compliance with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.
- Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and updates to senior stakeholders.
