Job Description
- Lead and execute projects involving cyber security, OT networks, and automation systems for process industries.
- Design, implement, document, and test solutions for traditional and virtual control systems.
- Integrate and secure virtual control systems and large-scale networks.
- Stay updated on new technologies (e.g., firewalls, network monitoring, threat detection, resilience to cyber-attacks).
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and share your expertise.
- Support project planning, execution, and commissioning—both on-site and remotely.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in networking, cyber security, automation, or similar. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
- Proven experience with OT networks, IT, or cyber security in industrial environments.
- Experience with IEC 62443 standard.
- Ability to lead technical teams and drive project delivery.
- Strong understanding of project economics and planning.
- Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is an advantage).
