On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for Automation / Control System Engineer

Pnr: 23159

Job Description

  • Subsea- or/and topside configuration of SAS-systems for oil production platforms
  • Server configuration
  • Database configuration
  • Configuration of communication protocols
  • Follow up vendors and vendor technical documentation and participate in test activities/FAT
  • Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers
  • Some travel may be required, including offshore installation

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines (Fresh graduates or soon to be graduates will be considered)
  • Programming knowledge
  • PLS configuration skills
  • Server and/or database configuration knowledge
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a cooperative working attitude
  • Multidiscipline understanding
  • Ability to work independently as well as in team
  • Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
  • Communicate well in Norwegian/Nordic and English - both orally and in writing
