About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join Trend Hunter's Survey Fast team and support the end-to-end delivery of consumer research projects for leading companies and to support internal goals—from survey design to analysis, reporting, interfacing with clients, and insights storytelling. This role is ideal for a naturally curious, creative, and logical thinker who enjoys translating data into compelling narratives that guide business and marketing decisions and who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the account relationship and serve as the primary market research point of contact for your assigned clients, facilitating complex conversations and communications related to project design, analysis, and unexpected challenges.
  • Design and program consumer surveys using the Qualtrics XM platform, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with internal & external client research needs.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, including timelines, stakeholder updates, deliverables, and quality control.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key themes, insights, and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop polished insights presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Work with clients to translate briefs into actionable surveys and present the findings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client-facing teams.
  • Ensure a high level of detail accuracy, performing quality checks at various stages of research, from survey logic to final reporting.
  • Manage the overall project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and signed off at the various stages of the project execution.
  • Support ongoing improvement of research processes, templates, and best practices. 
  • Experience with things such as questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning


Required Qualifications


  • 2–4 years of experience in consumer research, insights, or data/analytics—either with a research supplier or client-side brand team.
  • Hands-on experience with the Qualtrics XM platform, including survey programming and data management.
  • Strong quantitative background in conducting surveys (i.e., Conjoint, MaxDiff) and applying appropriate statistical methods to analyze data (i.e., statistical significance, weighting, data cleaning, regression, cluster/ segmentation analysis).
  • Proven ability to design and execute consumer surveys that deliver on business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights and stories.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience & confidence interacting with clients.
  • Strategic orientation - able to orient to not just the client’s immediate asks but understand the broader value opportunity, and goals.
  • English fluency. 


Nice-to-Have Experience



  • Project management training or certification.
  • Experience working at a CPG company, with exposure to consumer behavior, data analytics, innovation, product research, or brand marketing.
  • Familiarity with creative storytelling, content strategy, or insights-driven marketing.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace products.

Salary Range: 65k - 75k plus benefits
