Senior Software Engineer

A reputable and well-established Technology company is actively recruiting a Senior Software Engineer for their team in Abu Dhabi.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Lead and manage DevOps practices.
• Develop, implement, maintain, and enhance software, database solutions and mobile applications.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, testing, and coding standards
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in the software development field.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Postgraduate in Computer Science or similar or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in .NET Core and .NET Framework development, Entity Framework, API development, and database management.
• Experience with low-code platforms (i.e. APEX).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience working with security protocols and integration tools related to Pulse Secure or other MDM solutions.
• Expertise in mobile frameworks (i.e. React Native or Flutter).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (i.e. Docker, Kubernetes).
