About the Role

We’re seeking software engineers with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM-based products from scratch. You should take pride in your work and write high-quality, scalable code. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our Chat and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines.
• Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans.
• Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems.

Who You Are / Must-Haves:

• Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Prior SW Eng Experience: 2-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience with frontend, backend, or full-stack focus (a mix is ok).
• Educational Background: Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 20 in the United States, or the IITs in India, or other top ranked software engineering program.
• Backend Skills: Strong background in Python (Django experience is a plus).
• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud.
• Scalability: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a big plus.
