What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coach software development teams in applying the Scrum framework effectively
• Educate teams on refining and maintaining the product backlog
• Plan deliverables and assist teams in monitoring performance
• Resolve issues that hinder the teams' progress
• Facilitate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM)
• Above-average knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Experience with project and issue tracking tools (e.g., Atlassian Jira)
