- zOS System tailoring and customization
- zOS System Performance Monitoring and tuning
- zOS System problems trouble shooting and solving
- zOS Environments support (Test, Quality, Production)
- zOS System backup & recovery
- zOS Automation & Disaster Recovery support ( GDPS)
- Maintenance and support of DFSMS, DFDSS, DFHSM
- Storage management DS8K & VTS Subsystem
- System Operations support
- Configuring and managing LPARs & Sysplex
- zOSMF customization & support.
- Installation & Integration-testing of new products
- Support TCPIP & RACF
- On call support (24x7) Support
