About Cyberr:

At Cyberr, we are dedicated to securing the digital world with cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions. Our mission is to help organizations protect their critical assets by staying ahead of evolving cyber threats. As a rapidly growing cybersecurity firm, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative services to our clients, empowering them to defend against the most sophisticated attacks. We are looking for a talented Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker) to join our team and play a key role in identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening our clients' security posture.

Job Overview:

As a Penetration Tester at Cyberr, you will be responsible for identifying and exploiting security weaknesses in our clients' systems, networks, and applications. By simulating real-world cyberattacks, you will uncover vulnerabilities before malicious hackers can exploit them. Your findings will help us provide actionable recommendations to improve overall security and reduce risk. You will work closely with other security professionals, collaborate on technical solutions, and ensure our clients' systems are resilient against emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive penetration tests across various systems, including networks, web applications, and infrastructure, to identify potential vulnerabilities. You will simulate attacks to determine the impact of these weaknesses and develop detailed reports on your findings. These reports will include a thorough risk assessment and remediation strategies to help our clients secure their environments. Additionally, you will collaborate with development and IT teams to implement security fixes and best practices. Staying up-to-date with the latest penetration testing techniques, tools, and emerging threats will be essential to your success in this role. You will also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues and share your knowledge of secure coding and vulnerability management.

Required Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in penetration testing or a related cybersecurity field. You should be proficient in using penetration testing tools such as Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, and Nmap. A strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems (Linux, Windows), and web technologies (HTTP, HTTPS, etc.) is essential. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell will also be valuable, as these skills will help you automate testing and exploit vulnerabilities more efficiently. An industry-recognized certification, such as OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), is highly preferred, but equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered. Strong communication skills are required to clearly explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), CPT (Certified Penetration Tester), or CISSP will be a plus. Experience with cloud security, particularly on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, is highly desirable. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA and how they apply to penetration testing is also beneficial. Experience working in a DevSecOps environment or performing security testing in CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Why Join Cyberr?

At Cyberr, we believe in fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous learning. As part of our team, you’ll be exposed to the latest cybersecurity technologies and practices, and you’ll have opportunities to expand your skills through training and certifications. We offer a collaborative and inclusive environment where your contributions are valued. Enjoy flexible working arrangements, competitive salaries, health benefits, and the chance to work with a team of passionate cybersecurity professionals.
