Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Temenos T24 Technical Support / TAFJ Administrator to manage and support Temenos Transact (T24) environments. The role involves administration, deployments, SIT/PT support, EOD/COB issue analysis, and coordination with infrastructure, WAS, and Temenos support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform T24 Administration on TAFJ platform, including monitoring services, logs, and system health.
- Provide SIT project support, including data fixes and menu fixes during testing phases.
- Deliver T24 technical support to SIT and Performance Testing (PT) teams.
- Conduct first-level analysis of EOD/COB (End of Day / Close of Business) core issues, report findings, and coordinate with IT support teams for resolution.
- Perform technical analysis for T24/TAFJ online transactions and services, including interfaces and service failures.
- Support TAFJ / EAR deployments in coordination with the WAS (WebSphere Application Server) team.
- Carry out TAFJ properties amendments as required for performance and stability.
- Handle T24 pack deployments, hotfix deployments, and profile restarts.
- Manage and support core deployments across environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
- Perform BCON deployments and ensure proper browser and UI functionality.
- Identify and resolve environmental issues such as server, disk, permission, or connectivity problems.
- Coordinate with Temenos Support to resolve core application issues, including raising and tracking Service Requests (SRs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with Temenos Transact (T24).
- Hands-on experience with TAFJ administration.
- Knowledge of EOD/COB batch processing and job monitoring.
- Experience in deployment activities (T24 packs, EAR, BCON).
- Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
- Understanding of SIT, UAT, and PT environments.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
- Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
