Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Temenos T24 Technical Support / TAFJ Administrator to manage and support Temenos Transact (T24) environments. The role involves administration, deployments, SIT/PT support, EOD/COB issue analysis, and coordination with infrastructure, WAS, and Temenos support teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform T24 Administration on TAFJ platform, including monitoring services, logs, and system health.
  • Provide SIT project support, including data fixes and menu fixes during testing phases.
  • Deliver T24 technical support to SIT and Performance Testing (PT) teams.
  • Conduct first-level analysis of EOD/COB (End of Day / Close of Business) core issues, report findings, and coordinate with IT support teams for resolution.
  • Perform technical analysis for T24/TAFJ online transactions and services, including interfaces and service failures.
  • Support TAFJ / EAR deployments in coordination with the WAS (WebSphere Application Server) team.
  • Carry out TAFJ properties amendments as required for performance and stability.
  • Handle T24 pack deployments, hotfix deployments, and profile restarts.
  • Manage and support core deployments across environments (DEV, SIT, UAT, PROD).
  • Perform BCON deployments and ensure proper browser and UI functionality.
  • Identify and resolve environmental issues such as server, disk, permission, or connectivity problems.
  • Coordinate with Temenos Support to resolve core application issues, including raising and tracking Service Requests (SRs).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Temenos Transact (T24).
  • Hands-on experience with TAFJ administration.
  • Knowledge of EOD/COB batch processing and job monitoring.
  • Experience in deployment activities (T24 packs, EAR, BCON).
  • Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
  • Understanding of SIT, UAT, and PT environments.
  • Good knowledge of Unix/Linux commands.
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
