What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ progressive HR experience, with demonstrable exposure to compensation and benefits
- Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research, analyse information, and present clear, practical insights
- Comfortable working across multiple HR workstreams simultaneously
