Context

You will join an ICT Security team responsible for protecting critical digital and industrial systems.

The role focuses on cybersecurity monitoring, incident response support, security requirements analysis, and secure architecture design for both office IT and industrial environments.

You will act as a bridge between technical teams, security specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure security is built into systems, processes, and architectures.

Mission

As Security Officer / Functional Security Analyst, your mission is to:

• Support detection, analysis, and response to cybersecurity threats
• Translate business and operational needs into security requirements
• Contribute to secure architectures for office IT and industrial control systems
• Formalize processes and procedures for security tools and monitoring
• Ensure alignment with recognized security standards and frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity & Operations

• Support security incident detection, analysis, and response activities
• Contribute to improving monitoring and detection capabilities
• Perform bottom-up analysis for diagnostics and impact assessments

Functional & Security Analysis

• Gather and analyze business, technical, and security requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear functional and security specifications
• Assess existing infrastructure and identify improvement opportunities

Architecture & Design

• Contribute to security architecture design for:
• Office IT environments
• Industrial Control Systems (ICS / OT)
• Support definition and formalization of security frameworks and models

Process & Documentation

• Define and document procedures for security tools and monitoring processes
• Write clear and usable security and functional documentation
• Support compliance and alignment with industry standards

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• IT and application architecture
• Infrastructure and networking concepts
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards: NIST, CIS, ISO 27001/27002, IEC 62443
• Ability to perform structured analysis and diagnostics
