Are you ready to lead one of Europe’s most ambitious hyperscale data centre developments?

We’re partnering with a leading construction consultancy delivering a flagship hyperscale data centre programme in Belgium, and they’re now seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to take ownership of complex MEP & Field Assembly Integration (FIA) packages on a mission-critical build.

This is a senior leadership role for a proven MEP professional who thrives in high-value, technically demanding environments where programme certainty, quality, and reliability are non-negotiable.

The Role

You will lead the full lifecycle delivery of MEP & FIA packages, from planning and coordination through installation, commissioning, and handover. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure systems are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP & FIA packages
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• Provide clear progress reporting to clients and senior stakeholders
• Ensure MEP & FIA systems are installed and commissioned to design and performance specifications
• Chair project meetings and coordinate interfaces with other construction disciplines
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and construction standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants

About You

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 10+ years’ experience delivering large-scale commercial projects with a strong MEP focus
• Proven background in data centres or pharmaceutical facilities (highly preferred)
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP and fire protection systems
• Experience working under FIDIC, NEC, or similar contract forms
• Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable managing complex interfaces and resolving issues in fast-paced environments
• Proficient in construction management tools and reporting systems
• PMP certification desirable
