The Benelux Business Analytics & Sales Systems department is looking for a Jr Business Analyst.

Purpose

The Jr Business Analyst drives the Business Insights & Management KPI process to unlock actionable insights.

He/She facilitates the adoption of Data Tools & Dashboards and implements the necessary change management process.

He/she participates in customer data projects & co-creates new Big data dashboards & visualizations on a datalake.

Efficiency & continuous improvement are key

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Develop, maintain and optimize reports in partnership with the Business to unlock actionable insights.
• Lead projects: from brainstorm till dashboard
• Data governance
• Accountable for providing timely & accurate the Management Business Monitor reports as well as the KPI tracking to drive Business Growth..
• Make sure that information is correct, unique, accessible and known by all BNL Sales, Marketing & Finance teams.
• Work closely together with different teams IOT support adoption of reporting Tools & Dashboards.
• Managing multiple priorities and being able to manage deadlines and deliverables.
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

Functional/ Technical Skills

Expert level in MS Excel (macro programming experience is required), Power BI

Knowledge of SQL Server and Nielsen.

Fluent in English and Dutch/French is a plus

Master's degree in a relevant domain (economics, data management, ...)

2+years of working experience in Business & data analytics
