Join Us As a Commercial Planning And Deployment Executive, Where You Will Work With Various Brand Building Commercial Initiatives And Consolidate Them Into Portfolio-wide Deployment Plans. You Will Also
- Develop and ensure the deployment of brand and commercial initiatives as per Country Deployment Plan.
- Consolidate brand and commercial initiatives into comprehensive trade activation and visibility plans, lead the implementation and be an owner of tracking results.
- Ensure effective deployment of B2B infrastructure and tactical initiatives developing strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Drive effective communication between commercial departments and facilitate strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
- Evaluate the commercial plan versus strategies, assess effectiveness of initiatives and identify new opportunities based on market insights and propose new initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and governance, maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to PMI and legal requirements.
- Have a university degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar.
- Have experience with commercial cycles, project management and planogramming.
- Demonstrate brand building, content editing, layout and design skills, including ability to clearly present concepts and effectively deliver key messages.
- Have excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Enjoy making decisions based on data, analyze numbers and react quickly to grasp the opportunity.
- Are flexible, adaptable to change, enjoy experimenting, yet keep the ownership and share the joy for achieved results.
- Are fluent in English and Estonian languages.

Salary range for this role is 3900 EUR gross to 4800 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
