We have partner with an established property developer who are seeking a Human Resource Administrator to join their Head Office team.
This role sits at the heart of the business. You’ll be part of a close-knit People team that takes pride in doing things properly and treating people with respect, empathy and professionalism.
If you enjoy variety, take real satisfaction from getting the detail right and want to work somewhere your work genuinely matters, this is well worth your attention.
This is a fast-moving, hands-on role supporting a corporate environment. You’ll be the backbone of the People function, keeping systems accurate, supporting employees with care and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in every part of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Being first point of contact for people-related queries via the team inbox, dealing with issues directly where possible and escalating when needed.
- Maintaining HR systems with absolute accuracy and keeping employee data clean and up to date across multiple platforms.
- Supporting recruitment from start to finish: coordinating interviews, preparing contracts and managing references and onboarding.
- Managing starter and leaver processes including contracts, inductions, exit letters and system updates.
- Handling probation administration and benefits coordination.
- Preparing letters across the employee lifecycle including promotions, pay reviews, TUPE documentation and references.
- Managing payroll changes and queries on a monthly basis.
- Supporting family leave processes and return-to-work arrangements.
- Tracking fixed-term contracts, absence and right to work compliance.
- Producing reports and assisting with HR data and analytics projects.
- Supporting the People Director and wider team with projects and ad hoc work.
What We’re Looking For
You’re likely to thrive here if you bring:
- A sharp eye for detail and a genuine care for getting things right first time.
- Confidence in communicating at all levels, in writing and in person.
- A calm, empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Experience working in a busy, changing environment.
- A working knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- A full driving license.
It would be useful (but not essential) if you also have:
- Experience using IFS systems and/or Sage Payroll
- A CIPD qualification or are working towards one
What’s On Offer
You’ll be joining a business that invests in its people and treats them well. Benefits include:
- Base Salary €35,000 - €40,000 DOE.
- Contributory pension scheme
- Private healthcare (after probation)
- Life assurance and income protection
- Enhanced family leave policies
- Paid professional subscriptions
- Bike to work scheme
- TaxSaver travel tickets
