Digital Project (Account) Manager

Location: Vilnius, Vilniaus, Lithuania (Hybrid / On‑site; Remote only for top‑tier senior talent)

Compensation: Up to 5 500 EUR gross / month + quarterly performance bonuses

Position Overview


We’re looking for an experienced Digital Project / Account Manager to own client relationships and outcomes.


You are the main contact for your portfolio: you coordinate specialists, shape strategy with the team, and make sure clients understand what’s happening, why, and what’s next.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, long‑term relationships.
  • Own a portfolio that can range from smaller, complex accounts to large global clients, depending on your level.
  • Expand and refine digital strategies to unlock growth across channels.
  • Design and implement multi‑channel strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, etc.).
  • Review performance across web, app and channels using tools like GA4, in‑house reporting and dashboards.
  • Partner closely with our PPC team to align on performance and keep clients informed and confident.
  • Share insights on creative testing, optimization and analytics, using data to drive clear decisions.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and AI tools, and bring proactive ideas to clients.


Expected Skills and Experience


  • Proven experience as a Digital Project / Account Manager or similar client‑facing digital role.
  • Practical understanding of PPC and paid social.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta; TikTok and DV360 are a plus.
  • Ability to explain tracking and optimization basics (GTM, GA4, pixels, Conversion API / server‑side tracking).
  • Comfortable working with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Jira).
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English; clear, concise copywriting.
  • Able to coordinate clients and specialists so that expectations, priorities and deadlines are clear.


Location / work model:

  • Default: Full‑time, hybrid or on‑site in Vilnius Tech Park.
  • For a very small number of exceptional, senior‑level candidates with a strong track record, we are open to fully remote work.


Work Hours and Benefits
