Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership:
• Lead and manage multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and resource optimization.
• Strategic Planning:
• Define program roadmap, success metrics, and milestones. Develop and manage business cases, program charters, and execution plans.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Partner with senior executives, business sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
• Governance & Reporting:
• Establish and oversee governance structures, status reporting, and performance dashboards to track progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify potential risks, issues, and interdependencies early; develop and execute mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Manage program budgets, resource allocations, and vendor relationships to achieve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Process Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement best practices, and promote a culture of excellence in program delivery and execution.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience: 15–18 years of total experience with at least 8–10 years in program or project management leadership roles.
• Certifications: PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, product development, or digital transformation (depending on industry).
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
