Who are we looking for?

We're looking for an Engineer/Developer that is comfortable taking ownership of systems end to end, from design to production who has built a few React SPAs and knows PHP (Laravel preferably). There is a lot of scope for responsibility and you should be comfortable with taking ownership of (and managing) all aspects of the stack.

Need to have:

• +4 years of strong experience building production React applications

• +4 years of solid PHP experience, ideally with Laravel

• Comfortable with system design, performance and clean architecture

• Experience working with APIs, relational databases and caching

• Curious mindset and willingness to challenge decisions

• Desire to keep learning and growing

• A good sense of humor, teamwork and culture

Stack:

• Trabajan con Scrum, con standups diarias y sprints de dos semanas (evaluando un enfoque híbrido con Kanban para ganar agilidad en determinados momentos o tipos de proyectos).
• React 18. En infraestructura crítica suelen ir una versión mayor por detrás de lo último, priorizando estabilidad y fiabilidad, salvo que una actualización aporte un valor claro,
• Parte del código ya está migrado a TypeScript y otras áreas menos críticas siguen en JavaScript.
• Utilizan PHP 8.2 o 8.3 dependiendo del servidor, y Laravel 11 como framework principal de backend.
