Role Overview:

The Product Owner – AI Agents owns the outcomes backlog, prioritisation, and value realisation across markets. They convert objectives into hypotheses, sequenced epics, and measurable releases, ensuring compliance and safety guardrails are embedded by design. The first hire sets the product operating model and ensures transparent ROI tracking. Core Accountabilities:

• Define product vision, value hypotheses, and outcome-aligned roadmaps; maintain a groomed backlog.
• Prioritise by impact and risk; make transparent trade-offs with stakeholders across markets.
• Set measurable success criteria; track adoption, quality, and financial impact after release.
• Own intake model and alignment with policy/compliance requirements and data governance.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and release plans with programme and engineering leads.
• Continuously refine based on telemetry, user feedback, and risk signals.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experienced hire with 8–12 years in product management/ownership, including 3+ years in automation or AI-enabled products.
• Demonstrated ability to ship incrementally and measure value; comfort with regulated environments.
• Skilled in stakeholder management across markets and functions.

• Operate with strong documentation and knowledge transfer; maintain playbooks and ADRs.
• Participate in agile ceremonies; provide clear estimates and surface risks early.
