If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic objectives.

• Drive sprint planning and estimation, managing dependencies and constraints effectively.
• Establish and implement robust practices for requirements management and project governance.
• Develop training materials and provide coaching to teams to enhance maturity in using analysis tools.
• Promote innovation by adopting new technologies and processes, including AI, to improve efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance from both business and client perspectives, incorporating external insights.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Solid experience in defining requirements for technology platforms within the banking sector.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and multiple projects in parallel within a regulated environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Strong ability to anticipate risks, resolve complex problems, and manage conflicting requirements.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments and modern delivery practices.
• Deep understanding of banking systems and processes.
• Exceptional analytical skills and sound judgment to structure and solve complex problems.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
