Job Description
Working Student is a long-term paid internship that allows you to kickstart your fabulous journey in the IT and Telecom world. As our Trainee, you can gain experience working in areas that correspond to full-time engineering jobs. The internship usually lasts from 6 to 24 months. Our flexible working hours make it easy to balance work and studies.
Location: Hybrid in the Wroclaw office
Our team - Runtime Algorithms is a passionate and experienced team maintaining SW components with all kinds of runtime features. It includes RF adaptive algorithms and multiple tests. Also, our team is responsible for SW maintenance activities in our competence area to ensure the RF product operation delights the customers.

How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Prepare materials and presentations for meetings and events
- Support onboarding for new employees
- Coordinate hardware ordering, allocation, and exchange
- Order office supplies
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents based on provided information and requirements
- Ensure information and documents flow within the company
- Provide administrative support and information to the teams
- Coordinate and maintaining the SharePoint community and other communication forums
- Other ad hoc tasks depending on the current company needs
Must-Have:
- Active status student
- Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Open to hybrid work from the Wroclaw office
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-management and good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a similar position will be an additional asset
