Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Cybersecurity Expert specializing in OT (Operational Technology) Security Implementation. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize OT security protocols and frameworks, ensuring systems operate safely and reliably within industrial environments. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, monitoring and responding to security incidents, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance network, application, and information security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement practical cybersecurity solutions for industrial automation networks, including Identity & Access Management, System Hardening, and Risk Evaluation.
• Support OT and IT teams with regulatory compliance and managed services implementation.
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements into product and service lifecycles from concept to deployment.
• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and provide strategic compliance guidance.
• Develop technical concepts, implementation guidelines, documentation, and training materials.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to develop secure digital solutions and microservices.
• Monitor and report compliance KPIs, ensuring operational and regulatory standards are met.
• Provide hands-on engineering support for OT system integration, release validation, and lifecycle management.

Skills & Tools:

• OT/IT Systems: VMware, Domain Controller, Active Directory, Antivirus, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM
• Frontend Development: React, React Native, Redux, Tailwind.css, TypeScript/JavaScript, Figma, CI/CD, Unit & End-to-End Testing (Cypress)
• Digital Compliance: OneTrust, Power BI, SharePoint, PLM systems, Legal Guidance/Decision Trees, Metadata Cataloging
• Strong understanding of IEC 62443, EU Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act, Data Act, NIS2 Directive

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in OT cybersecurity, digital compliance, or industrial automation security.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management practices.
• Hands-on experience with OT/IT systems integration and secure software development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple time zones.
