Role: Project Manager- Healthcare or MedTech

Location in Poland - Krakow

Hybrid 3 days office and 2 days WFH works

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology (Mechanical, Production, Biomedical, etc.)

• Preferred: Master’s or MBA, PMP/PgMP/Scrum Master/Six Sigma certifications.

• Experience with tools like CAD, CAE, PLM, Jira, MS Project, and exposure to Generative AI and automation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years in engineering services, with 5+ years in a Project Manager role.

• Proven track record managing large-scale programs ($5M+, 100+ team members).

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills.

• Experience in Healthcare or MedTech projects .

Responsibilities

• Lead cost optimization initiatives across supply chain and procurement functions, ensuring measurable savings.

• Coordinate cross functional teams to drive efficiency in sourcing, vendor management, and logistics.

• Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.

• Implement process improvements that enhance operational performance and reduce procurement risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across global teams.

• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement projects, preferably in cost optimization.

• Analytical and problem solving ability to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Project management expertise with knowledge of tools, methodologies, and structured execution.
