StreamFun — a next-generation, Web3-native live streaming platform

If you’ve worked on crypto casinos, sports betting apps, or highly gamified consumer platforms, retention loops, reward psychology, and revenue-driving mechanics.

This role is for an A++ mobile engineer who knows how to turn products into addictive, high-engagement systems.

What You’ll Be Building

• Gamified reward systems (levels, streaks, unlocks, multipliers, badges)
• Creator & fan economies powered by tokens, gifts, and collectibles
• Real-time mobile experiences (live streaming, instant feedback loops)
• High-retention UX inspired by crypto casinos, betting apps, and Web3 games
• Mobile flows that drive repeat usage, spending, and progression

This is not a “build screens from Figma” role.

This is a product + psychology + engineering role.

What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)

• Proven experience building crypto casino, sports betting, or real-money gaming apps
• Deep understanding of:
• Reward loops
• Variable incentives
• Progression systems
• Monetization mechanics
• Strong experience with:
• React Native
• Swift (iOS)
• Kotlin (Android)
• Experience shipping consumer mobile apps at scale
• Comfort working in fast-moving, founder-led environments

Bonus Points:

• Web3 / wallet / on-chain interaction experience
• Live streaming, real-time data, or multiplayer systems
• Experience designing systems that balance fun, fairness, and revenue
• Background in gaming UX, casino math, or behavioral design
