Position: Human Resources Assistant, Except Payroll and Timekeeping

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Through mid 2026

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design questions related to your occupation as a Human Resources Assistant.
  • Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure question relevance and accuracy.
  • Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
  • Utilize your professional experience to enhance the quality of project outputs.
  • Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 4+ years full-time work experience in Human Resources.
  • Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.

Compensation & Legal

  • Hourly contractor, Paid weekly.
