Our client is developing a native mobile app (Android & iOS) to strengthen communication with a large network of retailers. With a user base of 15,000–20,000 users, the first phase delivered a solid, communication-focused foundation.

Now comes the next chapter.

The roadmap includes richer and more complex functionality — from camera-based scanning to payment integrations — all designed to support retailers more effectively in their day-to-day work.

They’re looking for a broad, hands-on profile who can step into an existing product, support acceptance testing, improve what’s already there, and help shape what comes next. Someone who balances execution with judgment, and knows how to prioritise the features that bring the most value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and sharpen an existing native mobile application (Android & iOS) built for retailer communication
• Perform acceptance testing on the current foundation and implement fixes and improvements where needed
• Contribute to building a scalable and reliable mobile platform for a user base of 15,000–20,000 retailers
• Collaborate on defining and refining the product roadmap, assessing feasibility and technical complexity of new features
• Advise on prioritisation of roadmap items to maximise value for retailers
• Support the evolution of the app from a communication-focused tool to a richer platform, including features such as camera scanning and payment integrations
• Act as a broad technical partner bridging implementation, quality, and strategic product decisions

Main Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Functional analysis for mobile application development
• 5+ years as a Product Manager
• Translate business needs into user stories for the development team
• Strong track record in technical delivery: roadmaps, APIs, feature engineering, refinement, sprint follow-up.
• API integrations (with Dynamics 365 + Adobe Experience Manager, Entra ID B2C)
• Azure Integration Services (Azure Functions, Azure Logic apps, APIM)
• IT security
• Front-end / Back-end mobile development
• Basic UX/UI design
• Quality Assurance
• Excellent stakeholder management — especially when juggling legal, risk, IT, marketing and operations.
• Clear and effective communicator (NL or FR + English).
• Skilled at producing clean, impactful senior-level slide decks.
• Bonus: hands-on experience as a feature engineer or in IT delivery teams.
