Junior Project Manager – Construction

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join a growing construction team in Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 2 years of experience to develop their career while working on diverse commercial and residential projects.

You'll support the delivery of projects from inception to completion, working alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that values quality, safety, and attention to detail.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Managing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting budget management and cost control activities
• Ensuring compliance with Irish building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
• Contributing to the smooth running of multiple projects across different sectors

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in Ireland, with exposure to both commercial and residential construction projects
• A third-level qualification in a related discipline (construction management, civil engineering, quantity surveying, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Irish construction standards and building regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Adaptability to work across different project types and environments
• A collaborative approach and eagerness to learn and develop
