Meet The Team
The Dexcom Creative Studio is a best-in-class, in-house agency — strategic, bold, fast, collaborative, and results-driven. We are the trusted creative partner that provides a range of relevant services based on internal expertise, project priority, and team bandwidth. We strive to produce on-brand and on-time deliverables that support marketing tactics, campaigns, and product launches. Our institutional knowledge allows for nimbleness, faster turnarounds, resulting in cost savings and efficiencies.
We’re looking for a motion-forward, conceptually strong Graphic Designer with a passion for visual storytelling and emerging trends in 2D animation. You’ll bring ideas to life through animation-first creative while supporting broader design needs across the Dexcom brand. As part of our in-house creative team, you’ll collaborate with writers, designers, art directors, project managers, and marketers to craft thoughtful, human-centered work that moves, informs, and inspires.
Where You Come In
- You will design and animate compelling motion graphics that elevate storytelling across product, campaign, and social content
- You will develop 2D animations, micro-interactions, and reusable motion systems for the Dexcom brand
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to concept motion-led creative solutions
- You will support static design needs as needed, using strong foundational design skills in typography, layout, and composition
- You will help lead the creative development and execution of campaigns, product launches, and social-first content
- You will stay up to date on social media and design trends, using them to push creativity forward
- You will present work clearly and confidently, both in team critiques and stakeholder reviews
- You will manage your own timelines and juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality
- You will ensure the final creative meets brand standards, creative strategy, and production specs
- You have 3–5 years of motion design or animation experience in an in-house or agency environment, and your portfolio demonstrates strong 2D animation work.
- You are an expert in motion design principles, 2D animation, timing, easing, and dynamic visual storytelling.
- You are proficient in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite, and you have working knowledge of Figma for handoff and simple design tasks.
- You have strong foundational design skills, including layout, hierarchy, and typography.
- You can work from briefs, contribute ideas, and push creative forward through motion.
- You are familiar with designing for social content and understand platform formats.
- You are flexible with your work hours to facilitate collaboration with team members across different time zones, including regular meetings during US West Coast business hours.
- Bonus: You have experience with Asana and Brandfolder.

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a 2-5 years of related experience.
- Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically within an hour’s commute).
Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,812.08 to €3,473.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
