As HR manger you will have a key role to support the growth of our Polish branch. In addition we offer a global role regarding secondments within the whole VTU Group. The focus will be on managing the full HR agenda. Therefore we are looking for a professional with generalist skills and a strong record of experience within HR.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Development of the local human resource function
• Planning and organizing of all talent acquisition activities
• Alignment of local HR processes with the international HR strategy
• Management of payroll & administration - in cooperation with external provider
• Implementation of HR group policies, in line with PL legislation
• Implementation of changes in the field of labor laws
• Management of talent, learning & development programs
• Supervision over health & safety, together with external provider
• Coordination of office administration processes, in cooperation with office assistance
• Developing and supporting a process of group wide secondment activities
• Strong alignment with HR colleagues and project leads in other countries
• Collaboration with external partners like tax advisors

Your profile:

• 7 years plus of previous experience gained in HR departments
• Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fluent in Polish and English language (spoken and written), German would be an add-on
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Profound skills in all relevant HR areas
• Good legal knowledge of Polish labor law
• Experience in international environment regarding secondments
• Ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Empathy and a good sense of humor
